This listserv is designed as a way to foster communication so that commissioners and staff can better understand how nominating commissions around the country operate and how to promote the best possible merit selection systems. Your messages to the listserv may consist of questions to fellow commissioners or staff members, comments on current events or controversies that directly implicate judicial nominating commissioners, descriptions of practices or procedures that you believe can be examples for other states, or informational requests.
